who is Andrea Pizzini?

I live in the Alps in northern Italy. This autonomous region is bordered by Austria and Switzerland. And in the middle of these wonderful mountains and landscapes is the place where I was born, where I have studied and where I'm working with helios.bz.
Because of its multiculturality, it really is an interesting environment to grow up. I'm a native speaker of German and Italian and I like to take the best part of each culture. The Italian sense of organisation and German joy of live. :) My "Sturm und Drang" to travel and find stories were my drive to become a filmmaker. I like the full immersion in new sistuations, living a part of the life of ohters. The camera is just an excuse to do this.
